About Kazina
KAZINA business consultant is a firm that offers a variety of services for organizations in Aruba. The core activities are assessment and process design.
KAZINA was established in November 2019 as a sole entity and started operation in December 2020. The name is derived from the two first letters of the owner’s daughters (Karim, Ziandra and Natia).
KAZINA as an organization started to establish a tool to analyze and develop change of plans. The tool is mostly based on the INK management model. The key difference compared to other models is that we take into account the level of education and experience of the staff. Aruba has a very small population, so it can be challenging to get qualified staff. Processes have to be designed with that in mind.

I am Dominico Figaroa, but most people know me as Junny. I have an extensive background in the field of organization management, which was obtained through study and my 35 years of experience.
